Can You Delete Negative Reviews?

Negative Reviews

Finding negative reviews about yourself online is a horrible, sinking feeling. And it becomes frustrating when you realise that there really isn't much if anything that you can do to get them deleted.
Best plan of action is to have a coping strategy, so you're not fretting or stressing about them too much.
Why You Get Negative Reviews
If you didn't deliver the quality you promised a customer, negative reviews are entirely justified.
But you should see it as an opportunity to see what went wrong and really learn from it and strengthen your business.
You need a thick skin still as there will always be some people looking for something to complain about and in these cases there is nothing you can really do.
What NOT To Do
Main thing is to not focus on the negative.
ANy genuine issues highlighted in a review are a chance for you to strengthen your business and show you act on feedback, not something for you to assume is harming you.
What you definitely shouldn't do is write back, attack back or pick fights with reviewers. It just won't end well. Imagine other readers seeing that - it will probably reflect worse on you than on the reviewer.
So What’s The Best Way To Respond
In a nutshell, positivity. Go out and be the best you that you can be, build a loyal army, provide the best damn service you can and give the highest possible value.
Asking for reviews, feedback and testimonials should be a standard part of your business anyway and acting on any feedback should be a big part of the process.
If you are doing all of the above, a few negative words from someone online won't be able to touch you at all.
